  Reception "team" cancelled my apointment because I didnt tell them I entered the waiting room 5 minutes before my apointment.
  This is after I had confirmed the apointment by replying to there txt message...
  Reception staff showed no compasion; instead, when I said there should be a sign if they require everybody to "check in", I was told that its my fault, I should have known, its common knowledge.
  They didnt even think to check I would be OK without having seen a doctor.
  Did they think I was just there to inconvenience them?

  absolutely pathetic, reception staff simply do not want to help and there is no recourse to navigate around their incompetence, doesn't matter to them it's not their health that depends on a simple action being taken! beyond words how pathetic the reception staff are. find somewhere else before you end up with a laundry list of bewildering medical experiences. pathetic.

  This is the BEST Medical Centre I have even been to!
  ( and that is a fact - even though I have been on this planet for more years than most)
  It is bright, Airy, Super friendly, open, spacious - and even though there is air con, it is NOT claustrophobic and full of germs!!
  
  Having arrived from Sydney just over two years ago, I had need of the services of a doctor, as I had slipped on the rocks and possibly cracked my wrist. Didn't concern me too much, however, friends and family insisted that I get an exray.
  So after two weeks, I finally came across this Centre - after checking out some 5 or 6 others - which were mostly either dark and dingy, very small and claustrophobic, in difficult areas for parking and/or access - and just didn't "feel" healthy.
  Or they were not taking new patients -14 months ago when this occurred.
  I was very relieved that there was one Doctor, Sarah Ashby, who DID manage to squeeze me in and I was also super impressed that the XRAY dpt was on site and they did it immediately.
  So - SUPER efficient as well - PLUS a Physiotherapist on site who also saw me that same morning.
  HOW GOOD IS THAT !!
  NO waiting time, or driving back and forth, and making appointments at different places and spending more hours than necessary - for any of the necessary services.
  
  And the front desk ladies are just lovey - warm friendly and very helpful - even when they are pushed for time. As they are because this is such a beautiful place to visit and feel "at home."
  I can't recommend them more highly - there is not a single thing that could be improved upon.
  A group of doctors so you get one to suit your needs, and even the patients in the waiting area are happy to share their views on the best doctors for them. Great communication all around. And I specifically use the term waiting AREA - as it is placed strategically so you can choose to sit where you feel comfortable - NOT lined up like tin soldiers - breathing each other's germs!!
  I think that this is one of the best features of this Centre - it's actual layout. It IS so clean and filled with fresh air!!
  With easy access, plenty of parking and everything under the ONE ROOF!
  The doctor that I have connected with, Dr Sarah Ashby is just the BEST.
  She listens. Actually HEARS what you are saying and respects your opinions as valid. so treats you as an individual - not "just another patient."
  A rare quality, especially in today's exceptionally difficult circumstances.
  She readily accepts my views and makes me feel that she is there for me, working WITH me. xxx
  
  I have had the need to use the services of "Clinical Labs" - which is also based under the same roof. The young lady who I saw just two days ago fitted the above description as above. She was super efficient and friendly and knew her job well. I didnt even feel the needle going in to my arm at all! Not in the slightest - it was if she hadn't even touched my arm.
  
  I don't know who manages this Clinic, but they must be VERY good at their job to have set up such a center as this, so a BIG Thank You to them and also to all the lovely men and women who are at our service there.

  The reception staff a rude and lost documents so many times then had the hide to call you a liar that you were notified. The doctor that was supposed to be great was a disappointment. No idea of time management, doesn't care about you as a patient, no respect given. I would not recommend this practise for the way they treat people. You really need to look at your training of staff and procedures and take a really good look at yourselves.
